Character: White loose powder, odorless and slightly bitter. The relative density is 1.50. It can absorb moisture easily. It analyzes to CaCO3 and acetone when heated up to 160℃. Soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol.
Usage: It is used as chelating agent, suppressing mold agent, stabilizer, buffer, flavoring agent, preservatives, curing agent, nutrition fortifier PH value regulator and processing aids.
Packing: It is paged with polythene bag as the inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
