Character: White crystal, with acetic acid smell. Easily absorb moisture, easily soluble in water. When heated to 150℃, it will decompose. PH value is about 4.5-5.0 in 1% aqueous solution.
Usage: In food industry it is used as buffering agent, chelating agent.
